Erica Wester, 47, of Kansas City, Mo., passed away on Monday, May 12, 2008, at Truman Medical Center. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 17, 2008, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Kansas City, Mo. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Friday at Langsford Funeral Home, Lee's Summit, Mo. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Erica was born June 6, 1960, at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. She lived her adult life in the Kansas City, Mo., area. She graduated from Raytown South High School in 1979 and Penn Valley Community College in 1999 with an associate's degree in radiology. Erica worked at various hospitals and clinics in the Kansas City area as a Radiology Tech. Survivors include her parents, Jerry and Deanna Wester of Raytown, Mo.; brother Terry and wife Tina Wester of Belton, Mo., and one sister, Cheryl Caffey of Raytown, Mo., and nephew Larry Caffey of Raytown, Mo.; aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. Erica will be greatly missed by all.
